Matilda Lea

Matilda graduated her final year of school at St Clare’s College Waverley in 2023 and soon later, in early 2024 started working at Lea Real Estate making her the third generation of her family to be in the business. Matilda is following in the footsteps of her father (Quentin Lea) learning the ways of the business. Matilda has been in training to become a Property Manager being assisted by her father, along with Nicolas and Bronagh. Matilda manages the social medias, as well as administration and is the smiling receptionist of the company. Matildas bubbly personality brings joy and laughter to both colleagues and clients.

Matilda is a young determined worker who is happy to do more than what is expected of her. Although she is new to the business she has already done so much with the small amount of time she has been there. Matilda is inspired by the environment around her in the office, is a quick learner and loves helping out where she can, making her a valuable asset to the business.
