Matilda graduated from St Clare’s College Waverley in 2023, and in early 2024, she proudly joined Lea Real Estate, becoming the third generation of her family to work in the family business. She follows in the footsteps of her father, Quentin Lea, learning the ins and outs of the real estate world. As a Leasing Officer & Junior Property Manager, Matilda works closely with Nicolas Pâquer, her colleague, who works in Sales and Senior Property Management. With a passion for real estate that has been with her for as long as she can remember, Matilda knew that this would be the career path for her right after school. She’s especially drawn to the ever-changing nature of the rental market, which moves quickly and offers new challenges every day.
