Quentin Lea’s journey in real estate spans over 35 years, a career that has allowed him to gain a deep understanding of the industry and the many challenges it presents. Starting in the early 1990s, he joined his father, Graham Lea, in the family business, and over the years, Quentin has humbly perfected his skills and expertise, working in both strata and real estate. While he’s had the privilege of managing the sale of a wide range of properties, including residential apartments, individual units and houses, he’s always remained focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for all parties involved, regardless of the property type.
After the passing of his father in 2009, Quentin took on the responsibility of leading the business forward. While he never set out to be a leader in the industry, he’s always done his best to honor his father’s work by serving clients to the best of his ability. As Principal and Managing Director of Lea Real Estate, Quentin leads the business with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication. With over 35 years of experience, he oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring the company continues to provide exceptional service to clients while maintaining the values of honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Quentin’s leadership is focused on creating a positive work environment for his staff and delivering the best outcomes for clients, always prioritising their needs and building long-lasting relationships. His steady, hands-on approach ensures the continued success and growth of the family business.
With over three decades of experience, Quentin continues to approach each day with a sense of gratitude and a desire to get lots done. He may have seen a lot in his time in the industry, but he’s always open to new ideas and remains humble in all his opportunities. For Quentin, the success of the business isn’t about accolades or recognition—it’s about building long-lasting relationships, helping his clients achieve their goals, and sharing his passion for real estate with the next generation.
In more recent years, Quentin has been granted the privilege of watching his daughter, Matilda working alongside him. Seeing her grow in the business and watching her bring her own ideas and energy to the family company and passing on what he’s learned over the years, has been a rewarding experience.
