Quentin and I agreed it would be best, considering the market, for a private treaty sale rather than auction. As Christmas approached, Quentin was diligent in pursuing possible purchasers and his quiet, polite manner was able to establish a trusting relationship with the eventual buyer. Quentin was very thorough and patient in dealing with a market when at the time was being glutted with units. He kept in constant contact with me, providing me with advice and progress reports of the inspections. He was courteous and considerate both before and after the sale of the property, so I have no hesitation in using his services in the future or recommending Quentin’s professional manner and service to any potential buyers or sellers.
We have rented from Lea Real Estate for the past 14 years. We are sorry to be moving on and parting ways. We will miss their great service and friendly manner. They have always gone the extra step, replying promptly to help us resolve any issues. We would highly recommend them.
