Hello There,

Welcome to Lea Real Estates second blog! This blog outlines the highlights of last week and the key moments.

Last week we held two open inspections for apartment 7/500 Bronte Road. One on the Thursday where the weather was slightly sprinkling and cloudy and one on the Saturday where the weather was sunny hot and the beach was glistening. Many of the potential buyers were very happy with the apartment due to it being light, practical and of course due to the prime location right at Bronte Beach. This apartment will be up for Auction on the 07/03/2024. Inspections will continue on Thursday and Saturday, (time and date my vary). Check our website and Instagram for updated times.

Furthermore, last Wednesday Coogee had gone flower crazy with the commence of Valentines day. It’s lovely to see the community in which we are involved in getting gifts and acts of kind gestures for those in which they love or care for. It’s also nice to see many people supporting local businesses such as florists on that day.
