Since 1967, Director, Graham Lea has been dedicated to providing a professional and personalised service to both local and international clients. Based in Coogee since 1981, Graham feels privileged to have been involved with the change and growth of Coogee into one of Sydney's most affluent suburbs.

Graham oversees all operations of the business. He has a good understanding of the French language which has allowed consistent involvement with international transactions particularly with many of his New Caledonian clients.

In recent years he has taken a more active role in Strata Management. He enjoys the interaction with owners and is experienced in resolving disputes. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Licenced Strata Manager and Real Estate Agent.
