STRATA MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Prompted by clients who were disappointed with their existing Strata Agent's, director Graham Lea began the Lea Strata Services Division in 1994. His aim was to provide a quality of service that equalled Lea Real Estate's Property Management Division. Over the years our Strata Division has grown to incorporate the management of over 100 buildings located throughout the Eastern Suburbs. Our agency manages some Company Titled apartment buildings as well as the more common Strata Titled buildings.

Our strata management team is lead by Graham Lea who conducts meetings on behalf of the Owners Corporation. He advises owners on the legal issues involved with disputes regarding common property and other issues. Renae Pudney is Assistant to the Strata Manager. She deals with the day to day repairs and maintenance of buildings. All financial work relating to each Strata Plan is supervised Ruth Browne. Ruth is available for consultation at our office every Tuesday and Friday by appointment.
