STRATA MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Prompted by clients who were disappointed with their existing Strata Agent's, director Graham Lea began the Lea Strata Services Division in 1994. His aim was to provide a quality of service that equalled Lea Real Estate's Property Management Division. Over the years our Strata Division has grown to incorporate the management of over 100 buildings located throughout the Eastern Suburbs. Our agency also manages a small number of Company Titled apartment buildings.

Our strata management team is lead by Maxine Wickey who conducts meetings on behalf of the Owners Corporation. She advises owners on the legal issues involved with disputes regarding common property and other issues. Arron Rajic is our strata management assistant. Aaron deals with the day to day repairs and maintenance of buildings. All documents relating to each Strata Plan are available for inspection by booking a time with our office.
